C.R. Hart, LLC dba Align Wellness & Beauty Spa and Align Wellness Spa understands that placing orders online can be difficult. We want to make sure your online experience is an easy process. Before placing your order, please read the ingredients on all products, the purpose of the product, and its description.  If you have any questions before ordering, please contact us at alignwellness.care@gmail.com or 832-539-3870. All sales and services rendered are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason. By purchasing products and agreeing to services you agree that all sales are final. Tax will be collected on all transactions except for facials.

Credit Cards: All credit card charges will incur a 4% processing fee.

Nano Needling & Chemical Peels: Will not be performed without a consultation and pre-kits are recommended for all of these services. It is also important to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water following the treatment. Peeling may start after 2 to 3 days and last for 7 to 10 days. Not all peel treatments cause peeling, some work at a cellular level only. For 24 to 48 hours do not work out, use a sauna, or swim in lakes, pools, or oceans, and no using exfoliations or scrubs. If you experience shedding, do not pick the skin. Possible side effects include but not limited to mild to extreme redness, temporary tightness, itching, swelling, and dryness of the skin. This will be visible for 2-3 days. Clients can lightly use over-the-counter hydrocortisone on inflamed or irritated skin. Apply gently a cold press to the treated area as needed for burning or irritation. No direct sunlight, extreme heat, tanning, or self-tanning for at least 4 weeks following the treatment. No using any acidic products such as retinoids, tretinoins, or acne medications for 2 weeks following treatment. NO tweezing, picking, rubbing, waxing, electrolysis, lasers, or IPL on the treated area for 4 weeks. 

***To reduce the risk of scarring, you do not want to remove the dry, rough, dead skin faster by picking.***​

Preparing for your facial: Avoid shaving, waxing, threading, or sunbathing for at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment. Skip your skincare routine and come with a clean bare face. Do not work out after the appointment. Do not have Botox at least 1 week before your scheduled appointment.

Orders: All orders for products must be purchased in person or via phone. No order placed is binding and we reserve the right to reject orders as our products come directly from the manufacturer and pricing and stock can change without notice. Align Wellness Spa takes no responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any content describing manufactures products.

Payments: Payments are due at the time you place the order. Payments are accepted via credit card or via PayPal Invoice. Failure to make payment within 24 hours will automatically cancel your order. Presenting a credit card as a form of payment means that you agree that you have the right to use said credit card in connection with products ordered and services rendered. We may require verification of your information prior to our acceptance of any orders or completion of any service transaction.

Shipping & Delivery: Orders are processed within 7 days. All orders will ship on the 7th day with the exception of holidays. Orders are processed Monday thru Saturday. If you place an order on Saturday after 2 pm or on Sunday, your order will begin processing on the following Monday with the exception of a holiday.

 

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Free shipping is not offered on shipments to Hawaii or Alaska. We will not ship to a PO Box.

Cancellation Policy: This cancellation policy is for all current and future appointments: Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you must be rescheduled and the activation of a booking fee ($20.00) will be required for the new appointment. In the event of cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the appointment or a no-show; you will be charged at 100% of the service booked. 

 

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, and disclose your information as collected through this website www.alignwellness.care. We collect your information via an online form submission for the purpose of communication and scheduling appointments. This will include your email, name, phone number, and address.   We will collect and use your personal information with the sole objective of fulfilling those purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law. We will only retain personal information on this website www.alignwellness.care as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes. The information collected through this website will include cookies and other tracking tools which allow us to better serve our clients with better content and marketing. The tools will include Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook pixel for Facebook and Instagram advertising purposes. Your information will automatically be used for communication-related to products, services, special offers, events, and other communication. If you wish to opt out of communication from Align Wellness Spa, please contact us. We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
