***An Intake session must be completed before any appointments will be accepted*** A personalized session offered only at Align Wellness & Beauty Spa. I've spent the last 10 years working with non-profit organizations as a Trauma Specialist specializing in Solution Focused Brief Coaching, Skills Training, Parenting Skills, and Life Strategies Coaching. I will help you clarify your life goals, process roadblocks in your life, and create strategies to overcome challenges. I can also look at maladaptive behaviors and create evidence-based interventions using the resources already available to you. The goal is to ensure after our time together, you will have the tools and support to be successful. This coaching session includes an Alignment Introductory Facial. Align Wellness & Beauty Spa seeks to Align your mental and physical self all under one roof. *Sessions can include the incorporation of Sound Healing & Crystal Healing addressing Anxiety & Clarity, Self-Love, or Self Expression as an add-on service.*
