***An Intake session must be completed before any appointments will be accepted*** A personalized session offered only at Align Wellness & Beauty Spa. I've spent the last 10 years working with non-profit organizations as a Trauma Specialist specializing in Solution Focused Brief Coaching, Skills Training, Parenting Skills, and Life Strategies Coaching. I will help you clarify your life goals, process roadblocks in your life, and create strategies to overcome challenges. I can also look at maladaptive behaviors and create evidence-based interventions using the resources already available to you. The goal is to ensure after our time together, you will have the tools and support to be successful. *Sessions can include the incorporation of Sound Healing & Crystal Healing addressing Anxiety & Clarity, Self-Love, or Self Expression as an add-on service.*
